This is interesting. Starbucks opned its business in Austoralia but it failed. Austoralain makert is huge and its culsture was italian style due to immigrant from Italy and people like espresso, which are different taste from what Starbucks provides. There is another American coffee shop which is successful in Austoralalia and it provides wide variety of espresso. Starbucks did not adjust its tase to its local appetite and expanded quickly with the resuls of more than 100m$ loss
